 ANZAC March 2025, to show Medical forms up in Group 4 (George/Charlotte St) 

The march off time will be at about 10.15 - 10.30am.  .

 

 

ANZAC Day March Brisbane Queensland 2025

For 2025 the following are the directions for members to gather and 
March: At this stage it is essentially the same as previous years with 
the Medical Contingents meeting up in GROUP 4 in George Street just past 
the intersection with Charlotte St on the left hand or river side of 
George St. (Tear Drop Locations H & I).

 

1 Aust Field Hospital and 11 Field Ambulace Banners could be in place

Colonel Robert Jeffrey passed away on Good Friday.
Colonel Jeffrey was a Vietnam Veteran and his last posting was as the Commander of Land Force Medical Services.
He  was a member of the Order and served as  District Surgeon in Qld for many years.
 
His Funeral service will be held at 1400 on Tuesday 26 April at the Kenmore Uniting Church, 982 Mogill Rd Kenmore
 
If you would like to attend, Margo (Dr Jeffrey’s wife)  will require numbers for catering purposes. Due to the public holiday approaching, please ring and leave a message for Margo on 33788778.

WO1 Tim Stanley, passed away 19 Mar 2022.

The members of the RAAMC and Health Service Corps Association extend their Condolences to Tim's Family.

Tim Stanleys funeral is Friday 25th March 2022 at 12.30 pm at the Albany Creek Crematorium The Lakeside Chapel xx

WO2 Peter Stanley Agius 27 Feb 1962 – 15 DEC 2021
 
Peter passed away late yesterday from a Acute Lung Disease in a Brisbane hospital.
 
Peter was an outstanding Medic during his time in the ARMY. He worked in many Units such as 1 SIG Regt, Military Hospital and 11 FD AMB.
He showed his true compassion towards his patients during his time in and out of Uniform.
 
During his time at 11 FD AMB his most important task was to look after SIMO the Donkey the Medical Corps mascot.
 
Peter will be missed by all that knew him.
 
Our condolences to Peter's family and friends.
 
He funeral arrangements will be advised as soon as they are known.
